Spitfire Appoints Robert Smith – RFID Practice Director 

LONGMONT, Colorado, May 23, 2005 – The Spitfire Group has appointed Robert Smith as Practice Director and will assume responsibility for the development and deployment of RFID solutions in the manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality and transportation industries. Mr. Smith has over 20 years of management experience in the growth and development of several entrepreneurial organizations focused on professional and consulting services.

Mr. Smith has managed and built organizations focused on Database Marketing, CRM and Wireless Services for Electronic Data Systems, DataInsight, Inc, Matchlogic & Itential, LLC. He has led the delivery of enterprise technology solutions to clients in the financial, automotive, telecommunications, healthcare, manufacturing and the insurance industries. Mr. Smith received a B.S. degree from Winona State University in Business Administration and Computer Science.
